Salary Sacrifice

Velo Electrique has grown and has changed its name to BOXER CYCLES and is now producing an exciting new range of UK Manufactured family and delivery cargo trikes. Visit our new webswite here

Velo Electrique participates in a number of salary sacrificing schemes here in the UK. These schemes allow you make great savings on the cost of a cycle. Each scheme’s cap varies on the individual employer but generally its in the range of  £1000 – £2000.

To use a salary sacrifice scheme to buy a Velo Electrique bike where the amount offered is below the cost of the bike (eg £1000), we will sell you a non electric version of  the cargo bike for  £1000 and then invoice you separately for the E-bike kit and any accessories that you choose to purchase. You will receive exactly the same fully assembled trike as if you buying it as one unit.

We now accept Cyclescheme certificates.

If you have a limit of £1000 we will sell the Velo Electrique bike separately to the  electric motor and battery.  The bike will be sold for  £1000 and you must purchase the rest of the equipment separately but don’t worry, we ill fit it for you at no extra cost. If your employer has a Consumer Credit Licence* and allows you to salary sacrifice a sufficient amount for the total cost of your Velo Electrique bicycle, we would ask that you pay us a 10% deposit when placing your order.

The 10% deposit on a custom built bicycle, is refundable whether you collect your bike or if you should choose to cancel your order.

* Some employers choose to set a higher limit for Cyclescheme bikes, but they must have a Consumer Credit Licence to do this.  The Group Credit Licence that is issued free of charge only covers bikes and equipment to a value of £1000″
